Our collections are hand crafted upon order for you specifically so we encourage you to read the details in each listing and reach out with any consult needed to feel comfortable in your purchase. You are entitled to a full refund for any undamaged Products you have purchased and returned within seven (10) days of receipt. Shipping costs associated with your purchase will not be refunded, and there will be a max restocking fee of 5% of retail value. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the Products. We do not seek to profit off of any customer return and will work with clients accordingly so fees collected only recoup sunk costs incurred by Rorie Collection as the result of your return. We offer fully insured shipping through Fedex and UPS. This insurance is the most robust solution on the market and is specifically offered to those in the jewelry trade. As the prices of our pieces vary, we offer the customer the choice of selecting their shipping method which will include personally being carried by the driver and pilot throughout the trip.
